Any Gujarati student in the Foundational/Preparatory/Middle/Secondary (up to Class 12), Diploma, Vocational, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, or Doctoral programs, as well as any dropout from a Gujarat based school, institution, or university; innovators/startups in the stages listed below may apply for the Srujan Scheme:
